At Sherwood Lawn Care, we take pride in delivering high-quality landscaping and lawn maintenance services throughout the Dayton, Ohio area. We are committed to professionalism, safety, and protecting our clients’ property.
This Damage, Property & Negligence (DPN) Policy outlines how we handle property damage, responsibilities, and job site conditions.
1. Property Protection Commitment
Sherwood Lawn Care takes reasonable and professional precautions to protect client property during service. Our team is trained to operate equipment safely and responsibly.
We carry appropriate liability insurance for lawn and landscape operations.
2. Pre-Existing Conditions
Sherwood Lawn Care is not responsible for:

We will investigate promptly and, if found to be caused by our negligence, we will coordinate repair or replacement.

Sherwood Lawn Care’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property directly caused by our negligence.
